I’ve never been to therapy before - what should I expect?

You can expect warm, empathetic, and judgment-free care and a space where you can bring any issue to discuss. Topics may sometimes be difficult, uncomfortable, or emotional, but you will always be supported when you experience them.

Can I pay for sessions through my insurance?

Psychotherapy is covered by many health insurance providers, but not all. It’s recommended that you check with your provider to confirm you are covered before attending sessions.

I’m not planning on having kids - can I still book a session?

Of course! I welcome clients of all genders and at all stages of life.

Do you offer a sliding scale?

Unfortunately, I am not able to offer a sliding scale at this moment. If you are looking for low-cost therapy, please get in touch via the contact form for information on available services.

Can I see you in person?

Sessions are currently only available virtually (both phone and video sessions are available). If in-person availability is ever made available, the website will be updated and all clients will be notified.
